Medterra CBD
Packaging Design - Broad Spectrum Tinctures

With a lenient creative brief, I began this design process with our original tincures in mind. I knew I wanted to implement some of my stylistic elements of minimalism, while also creating a bolder statement.

The most challenging part of this process was working closely with our printers to make sure the colors were just right. After intricate rounds of proofs and press checks the entire team agreed on approving the final you see below.

Packaging Design - CBD + Manuka Cream

Introducing Manuka into Medterras CBD topicals was a bit of a challenge due do the educational prospect of CBD.

Making this product on-brand with the rest of the topical line was exciting for us designers because we were allowed to introduce the new gold color into the packaging design, while also using the contrast of the “Medterra Purple”. Not only does this give us contrast, but it allows for the beautiful product photography you see below.

Packaging Design - Pet Tincture

Medterra CBD’s pet line holds a very special place in their consumers hearts. As all animal lovers have.

The design team and I wanted to make sure we touched all bases to make sure this product was able to be used by all animals that have an endocannabinoid system. We started with changing the logo to be more pet friendly as well as on-brand. The initial decision for this was becasue we wanted to make sure the pet line had its own identity and was not to be mistaken for human products. We also developed some stylisic changes in font and structure.
